Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with every fragrance you buy from Azzaro Most Wanted. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return an item and receive a refund.

This policy applies to all orders placed on azzaromost-wanted.com and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been sent, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it once it arrives by following the steps in this policy.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel it, without giving a reason. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To use this right, please let us know clearly, for example by email or through our contact form, before the 14-day period ends.

Condition of returns

To be accepted for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

• Unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging, including any cellophane wrap.
• In the same condition you received it, with the outer box undamaged.
• Returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

If a returned item arrives used or not in its original condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, or return the item to you.

Items we can't accept

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of fragrances that have been unsealed or used after delivery, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we have checked the issue, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any original delivery charges. Opened items that are faulty are covered by this section.

How to return an item

• Step 1: Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
• Step 2: We will reply with the return address and any instructions.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely in suitable packaging so it is protected in transit.
• Step 4: Send it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.
• For a full change-of-mind cancellation, we refund the item price and standard delivery charge.
• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra working days for the money to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different fragrance, the quickest way is to return your sealed item for a refund and place a new order for the fragrance you want.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
